How to talk to the author of AionCore to report an error, ask a question or request the removal of content or of your data.

How to talk to the author

The contact channel is the AionCore email, below. This page has no form. The author replies within 5 days; requests about your personal data, within 15 days.

To report an error

Tell us what you were doing, what happened and what you expected to happen. It also helps a lot to say:

  • The AionCore version you use, shown in Settings › About (the latest one is in this site's footer)
  • The Windows version
  • If it was in a fight, the type of fight (boss, training dummy, in a party) and roughly the time
Diagnostic package

If you can, attach the diagnostic package: in Settings › Help and diagnostics › Diagnostic package, the meter saves a .zip in the Downloads folder with the recent records and a summary of the environment. Character names and your Windows username are replaced first, and the meter checks the result. The package does not include the fight history or the recordings. Without opening the meter, use the AionCore Diagnostics shortcut in the Start menu.

To request a removal

To remove content from the site or the app, say what the content is, where it appears and why it should go. To remove a fight, send its link (the address that ends in /l/ and the fight code). To hide the name or remove a character from the ranking, use the form on /ranking, with no account and no proof. For requests about your data (access, correction or deletion), say what you want; your rights are in the privacy policy.

If the fight is yours, you can delete it yourself right away: in My account, use Delete on the fight, and the link stops opening. Open My account

Your name in the praise ranking

If your character's name shows in the praise ranking and you did not sign up, or you don't even use AionCore, ask for it to be removed by e-mail. You don't need an AionCore account or to prove anything for the name to leave.

In the e-mail, give the server and the character name, or the region and the position where it shows on the board. Don't send a password, a game login or a document.

The name leaves the board within 24 hours after the request, before the review. You get confirmation of the request and the final answer within 15 days.

If another account declared your character, its entries are removed. The name only returns to the board if it is proven that the character belongs to whoever sent it.

Use the same route to report that a name is offensive, that a character belongs to someone under 18, or that someone is using the ranking to harass another person.

What never to send

Never send your password (not even Discord's: AionCore login is done on Discord's own page), your game login, verification codes or payment details. AionCore and the author never ask for any of that.

The Terms of use changed on Oct 15, 2026: on the ranking, presence, the character name and fight details now start on, each player's combat power shows next to the class, anyone who shows their name has a public profile, which also starts on, and the supporter badge now also shows on the profile, with the month and year the person started supporting. The profile now also shows the game data that appears in the inspection (equipment, titles, legion, Arcana, Daevanion and the count of each type of praise) and, if you turn it on in the meter, your build. In My account you can hide your name, the badge or the game data, turn off the details or the profile, or leave the ranking; without an account, use the form on /ranking. All for free. The Support terms also gained section 4.11, on the party applicant card, which applies only to supporters. Read the Terms of use
