DPS meter · HUD · Dungeons — Aion 2 Every hit
becomes a number.

AionCore shows your party's damage during the fight, on top of the game and in the language you choose: English, Spanish, German, Russian, French or Portuguese. It reads your PC's network traffic and the game window title, and does not change Aion 2 files or memory.

Nothing to set up before you play. The meter recognizes you by the game window title; the party appears when the game reports who is in it.

Before installing

  • Windows 10 or 11, 64-bitRequired
  • NpcapNeeded
  • Aion 2 in borderless window modeRecommended
  1. Install Npcap

It is the driver that lets a program see network traffic on Windows. The meter needs it; the HUD works without it.

The AionCore installer does not install Npcap

It warns you if Npcap is missing and opens the official site (npcap.com). In the Npcap installer, check WinPcap API-compatible Mode and Support loopback traffic. Npcap step by step

  2. Download and install

One installer for Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit, only for your user and without asking for administrator rights.

    AionCore-Setup-1.17.1.exe
  3. Open AionCore

Keep Aion 2 in borderless window mode: in exclusive fullscreen nothing appears on top of the game. If Npcap was installed for administrators only, the meter shows the Reopen as administrator button.

  4. Hit a boss

The meter shows the damage from the first hit. To show or hide it, use the shortcut in Settings (Ctrl+Alt+D, by default).

How to support

Every number of the fight, per player.

During the fight and after it, AionCore shows what each person in the party did against the boss. Here the meter is paused at one moment of the sample fight from the top of the page: pick a stat to see where it shows up.

How AionCore reads these numbers, what has already been checked against the game and where it can get it wrong: it is all on the accuracy page.

All questions
Can I get banned for using it?

AionCore does not read the game's memory, does not inject code and does not send commands. It only reads, on your PC, the packets that already arrive over the network and the game window title. Even so, no third-party meter is officially approved: use it in line with the game's terms.

Why does it need administrator rights and Npcap?

Npcap is the driver that lets a program see network traffic on Windows. AionCore itself does not ask for administrator rights: only if Npcap was installed restricted to administrators does the meter show the Reopen as administrator button.

Does it work with the game in fullscreen?

It works in borderless window mode. In exclusive fullscreen, Windows does not let anything appear on top of the game.

Does it show damage from people not in my party?

On the scope button, Me shows only you; Party, you and your party, when the game reports who is in it; Raid, the raid. Anyone who just hits nearby is not included.

Does it cost anything?

The app is free. Everything that has been published for free stays free. Supporters get new features first, and some are for supporters only.

On the side of light or shadow, damage counts the same.

The Terms of use changed on Oct 15, 2026: on the ranking, presence, the character name and fight details now start on, each player's combat power shows next to the class, anyone who shows their name has a public profile, which also starts on, and the supporter badge now also shows on the profile, with the month and year the person started supporting. The profile now also shows the game data that appears in the inspection (equipment, titles, legion, Arcana, Daevanion and the count of each type of praise) and, if you turn it on in the meter, your build. In My account you can hide your name, the badge or the game data, turn off the details or the profile, or leave the ranking; without an account, use the form on /ranking. All for free. The Support terms also gained section 4.11, on the party applicant card, which applies only to supporters. Read the Terms of use
