Support terms
In 30 seconds
AionCore is free and stays free. Supporting is optional: you buy it once on Ko-fi, through the shop item or through the donation option with USD 15 or more, get a supporter code by email that is valid for 12 months, with no automatic renewal, and you can withdraw within 7 days and get all your money back.
What supporting is
1.1. Supporting is an optional purchase: the 12-month Support, sold by the author of AionCore. The money helps keep AionCore online.
1.2. In return, you get a supporter code. Because of that exchange, supporting is not a donation, even when you pay through Ko-fi’s donation option (section 3): it is a purchase, and you have all the rights that consumer protection law gives you.
1.3. By paying for support, you accept these terms. They add to the AionCore Terms of Use, which still apply. You can save or print this page.
1.4. What happens to your data when you support is in the privacy policy, in the Support section.
Who offers the support
2.1. Guilherme Filvoch, an individual, the author of AionCore. AionCore is not a company.
2.2. Website: aioncore.app. Email: [email protected]. You can also reply to the code email.
Price and payment
3.1. On Ko-fi, supporting costs USD 15 for 12 months, paid once. The price is shown in dollars before you pay. You buy the 12-month Support in one of these two ways:
- through the support item in the Ko-fi shop: each unit is worth 12 months;
- through Ko-fi’s donation option, with a one-time payment in dollars of USD 15 or more: each such payment is worth 12 months, whatever the amount. Ko-fi calls this payment a donation; under these terms, it is the purchase of the 12-month Support.
3.2. There is no automatic renewal. You are never charged again unless you pay again.
3.3. Payment is made on Ko-fi, a platform run by another company, by card or PayPal, from any country. Ko-fi, and whoever processes the payment for it, have their own rules and their own privacy policy, which you accept there, when you pay.
3.4. The author does not receive or store your card or PayPal details.
3.5. If your currency is not the dollar, your bank, your card or PayPal converts the amount and may charge exchange fees, taxes and other fees. That money does not go to the author.
3.6. If the price changes, the change only applies to new payments.
3.7. A payment through the donation option below USD 15, or a monthly Ko-fi donation, is voluntary help with nothing in return: it does not generate a code or any other benefit.
3.8. A payment through the donation option in a currency other than the dollar does not generate the code automatically. If you paid that way intending to get the support, write to the contact address, from the email you paid with, so the author can check your case.
What you get
4.1. A supporter code. It is valid for 12 months for each unit bought in the shop or for each one-time payment of USD 15 or more through the donation option (section 3), and shows the last day it is valid. The code works on AionCore Meter 1.4.8 or newer.
4.2. While the code is active, AionCore Meter unlocks:
- early access: new features reach supporters first and everyone else later, on a set date;
- exclusive features: features that only open with an active code.
- full names in the praise ranking: on the website, you see the full names of the characters in the praise ranking, under the conditions of section 4.8.
- badge on the site: the supporter badge next to your character's name on the ranking and on the public profile, under the conditions of section 4.10.
4.3. The current list of early-access and exclusive features, with dates, is on the Support page of the website.
4.4. The author decides which new features are early-access or exclusive, and for how long. Supporting does not buy a future feature or a date: the author does not promise that a new feature will come out, or when.
4.5. During your code's term, the author will not close to you a feature that was open to supporters when you paid. A feature may change, or stop working for everyone, for example when the game changes. The exceptions are access to the full names in the praise ranking (section 4.8) and to the names on the ranking (section 4.9).
4.6. When an early-access feature opens to everyone on its set date, your code still works for the other features.
4.7. The meter calculates numbers the same way for everyone, with or without support.
4.8. Full names in the praise ranking
4.8.1. With the code linked to your website account, you see the full name of the characters that appear in the praise ranking. Everyone in the ranking has accepted, in a highlighted notice, that supporters see their character's name.
4.8.2. The list changes all the time and does not depend on the author. A name leaves when the person leaves the ranking, when the character is under review, when the same name appears on two accounts, when there is a report, or when the character has not yet been confirmed. In those cases it appears masked or disappears, for you too.
4.8.3. There is a query limit: up to 50 names at a time and up to 1,000 per day. The website counts how many names each account has looked up, without keeping which ones.
4.8.4. The names are for you to see, on the website. It is forbidden to copy the list, publish it, pass it on, sell it, combine it with other data to find out who the person is outside the game, use it to harass, stalk or expose anyone, and use programs to download the names in bulk. This also applies to screenshots.
4.8.5. If you break 4.8.4, the author removes your access to the names. The other benefits of the code continue. If the case is serious, such as publishing the list or part of it, the author may cancel the code and refund the amount proportional to the full months left, as in section 8.3. Whoever uses the names improperly is answerable, to the exposed person, for what they do with them.
4.8.6. Access to the names may change or stop, for everyone, by order of an authority or the courts, because of a security problem, or to protect the people in the ranking. If it stops for good before your code expires, you choose between keeping the code, with the other benefits, or receiving a refund proportional to the full months left, by asking through the contact address within 90 days after the notice.
4.8.7. The author does not promise how many names the ranking will have or that the praise numbers are correct: they are declared by each player's meter and the website cannot check them.
4.9. Names on the ranking
4.9.1. On the DPS board and in Fastest kill, a character name only shows when the person has an AionCore account and chose to appear. It is the same for everyone: supporting does not give access to the name of anyone without an account, who shows as No public name to anyone.
4.9.2. No one sees the name of anyone who hid their name or removed their character from the ranking, supporters included. Hiding and removing are free for anyone, with or without an account.
4.9.8. Access to names may change or stop, for everyone, by order of an authority or a court, because of a security problem or to protect the people on the ranking. If it stops for good before your code expires, you choose between keeping the code, with the other benefits, or a refund in proportion to the whole months left, asking through the contact page within 90 days after the notice.
4.10. Supporter badge on the site
4.10.1. With the code linked to your site account and the support active, the supporter badge shows next to your character's name on the DPS ranking, in Fastest kill and on your public profile. It shows the years of support, the founder mark, if any, and, on the profile, the month and year you started supporting.
4.10.2. The badge starts on. You can hide it and show it again whenever you want, in My account, for free, and hiding applies to everyone. Hiding the badge leaves your support unchanged.
4.10.3. The badge shows only what is in item 4.10.1: the amount paid, the payment dates, your email and your Ko-fi name stay out of it. It only shows together with a public name: anyone set to No public name or who turned off the profile has no badge in those places.
4.10.4. When the support expires or the code leaves the account, the badge disappears on its own and comes back if you renew and link the code again.
4.11. Party applicant card
4.11.1. With the code active and the option turned on in the meter, when someone asks to join a party you lead in the game, the card shows a summary of that person's public AionCore profile, if they have one. The summary can be wrong or incomplete: the numbers come from other players' meters, and the author cannot promise they are correct. Having no summary says nothing about the person.
4.11.2. The summary is only for you to decide whether to accept the person into the party. It is forbidden to disclose, copy, publish or pass it on, including by screenshot; to use it to expose, harass, threaten, stalk or discriminate against the person; and to combine it with other data to find out who they are outside the game.
4.11.3. If you break 4.11.2, the author may remove your access to the card and, in a serious case, cancel the code and refund the amount in proportion to the whole months left, as in section 8.3. Whoever misuses the summary is liable, to the exposed person, for what they do with it.
What stays free
5.1. AionCore is free and stays free. Supporting is not a condition for using anything.
5.2. Everything that has been published for free stays free and never starts asking for the code. Supporting never hides or blocks a feature that used to be free.
How the code arrives
6.1. After payment, Ko-fi notifies the AionCore website. The website creates your code and sends it to the email used for the payment, usually within a few seconds. The email comes from an @aioncore.app address, in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
6.2. Sometimes the code is not sent right away: when automatic delivery fails or when the order needs to be checked (for example, an amount or currency different from the price, more than 5 units, an invalid email or many orders on the same day). In those cases, the author checks the order and sends the code by hand within 3 business days after payment.
6.3. If the code does not arrive in that time, check your spam folder and contact the author.
6.4. To use it: open AionCore Meter, go to Settings › Support and paste the code. The meter checks the code on your PC, without internet, and stores it protected by Windows.
6.5. Lost your code? Ask the author, writing from the email used for the payment. The author resends the same code while your email is still stored (up to 90 days after the code expires).
Term and renewal
7.1. The code is valid until the end of the day written on it, in UTC. The meter shows when it ends and warns you 15 days before.
7.2. When the code expires, the meter goes back to the free default. Your choices are kept and come back if you support again.
7.3. To continue, support again with the same email. If your code is still valid, the new term starts when it ends, and your count of supporter years goes up too.
7.4. With a different email, the new code starts on the day of payment. The same happens if your old email has already been deleted (90 days after the previous code expired). To combine the terms in these cases, contact the author.
7.5. In a single shop order you can buy up to 5 units, and each one adds 12 months. Above that, section 6.2 applies. Through the donation option, each one-time payment of USD 15 or more adds 12 months, whatever the amount; to add more time, pay again with the same email (section 7.3).
7.6. Changing your PC's clock does not extend the code.
Using the code
8.1. The code is personal: use it on your own PCs, as many as you like. Do not publish, share or sell the code.
8.2. A code that shows up in public is cancelled. The author sends a new code, with the same term, to the supporter who paid, when they ask.
8.3. If the same supporter shares or sells codes again, the author may cancel without sending another one. In that case, the author refunds the amount proportional to the full months left.
8.4. A code can only be linked to one website account. Once linked, it cannot be linked to another account, even if you unlink the code or delete the account. To change accounts, ask the author.
When the code is cancelled
9.1. The author cancels a code when:
- the money is returned, by withdrawal or refund;
- the payment is disputed with the card issuer, PayPal or Ko-fi (chargeback). If the dispute ends in the author's favor, the author sends a new code;
- the payment was made with someone else's card or details, without permission;
- the code shows up in public (section 8);
- in a serious case of improper use of the names in the praise ranking (section 4.8.5), with the proportional refund provided there.
9.2. Ko-fi does not tell the author about refunds or disputes. So the author cancels the code by hand, within 2 business days after learning about it.
9.3. Once a day, the meter checks a public list of cancelled codes. The list only has each code's identifier, never a name or an email.
9.4. The cancellation takes effect the next time the meter opens. From then on, the meter goes back to the free default. Nothing that is free is lost.
9.5. If renewals were added after the cancelled code, the author also cancels the later codes and sends new ones with the correct term, without the refunded period.
Withdrawal and refund
10.1. You can withdraw within 7 calendar days, counted from the day you received the code. If the code did not arrive, count from the day of payment. You do not need to give a reason, and having used the code during that period does not prevent you from withdrawing. If the law of the country where you live gives a longer period, the longer period applies.
10.2. Ask by replying to the code email or through the contact address, writing from the email used for the payment. The author confirms receipt of your request.
10.3. The author refunds the full amount, through the same payment method, within 2 business days after your request. The amount is returned in dollars, as it was charged; how long the money takes to arrive depends on PayPal, Stripe and your bank or card.
10.4. The code is cancelled when the refund is made (section 9).
10.5. After the 7 days, you are also entitled to a refund when:
- the code does not work because of a problem with AionCore: you choose between the author fixing it or refunding the amount, minus the time the code worked;
- you paid twice by mistake: the repeated payment is refunded in full, and the extra code is cancelled;
- one of the cases in section 11 happens;
- the law gives you that right in another case.
10.6. Outside the period in 10.1 and the cases in 10.5, there is no refund for withdrawal: the code has already been delivered and its term is already running.
If AionCore stops
11.1. The code works on your PC without internet. It stays valid until the end of its term in the version of the meter you have installed.
11.2. If the author announces the end of AionCore, or the end of supporting, before your code expires, you can ask for a refund proportional to the full months left, within 90 days after the announcement.
11.3. A game update may stop the meter from reading fights until a fix comes out. If the meter stays broken for more than 30 days in a row during your term, you can ask for a refund proportional to the full months left.
Warranty and liability
12.1. The author stands behind the code: it works as these terms describe during its term. Your consumer rights still apply.
12.2. Apart from what these terms promise, using AionCore follows the Terms of Use: supporting does not change how the meter measures or the risk of use described there.
12.3. To the extent the law allows, the author is not responsible for how the game, your PC or Windows work, or for any action by NCSOFT or the publisher of Aion 2.
Under 18
13.1. Support is only for people 18 or older, like AionCore and Aion 2.
13.2. If a minor supported, the parent or guardian can ask through the contact page for a refund; once the case is confirmed, the author refunds the amount and cancels the code.
The game and NCSOFT
14.1. AionCore and supporting it are not affiliated with NCSOFT, nor sponsored or endorsed by it.
14.2. Supporting does not protect you from any action by NCSOFT or the publisher of Aion 2 regarding your character or your access to the game.
Changes to these terms
15.1. These terms may change. The date at the top shows the version in force.
15.2. The term you already paid for follows the version you accepted when you paid. A new version only applies to your current term if it is better for you.
Governing law
16.1. These terms are governed by Brazilian law, including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
16.2. If you live in Brazil, you can go to Procon or to the courts of the city where you live.
16.3. If you live outside Brazil, the consumer protection rules of your country that cannot be waived still apply to you.
16.4. These terms exist in Portuguese, English, Spanish, German, Russian and French. If the versions differ, the Portuguese version prevails.
Contact
17.1. Code requests, refunds, cancellations or questions: [email protected], or reply to the code email. Write from the email used for the payment, so the author can find your support.
17.2. The author replies within 5 days.
17.3. The code only comes from an @aioncore.app address. The author never asks for passwords, card details, verification codes or payment outside Ko-fi.

Discord Open the Discord invite
Supporter wall
18.1. The supporter wall, on the Support page, is optional: only people who turn it on in My account, with the supporter code linked to their site account, appear on it. It is not part of what you buy when you support: it does not change the price or the features, and it can change or end without entitling you to a refund.
18.2. You choose the wall nickname, and you are responsible for it. It must be 2 to 24 characters long and must not:
- contain a website address or any other way to contact someone;
- pretend to be AionCore, the author, the team, NCSOFT or another person;
- offend, discriminate, harass, or contain sexual or illegal content.
18.3. The author may hide or delete, without prior notice, a nickname that breaks item 18.2 or that receives a valid report. To report a nickname or ask for a review, use the contact.
18.4. You can leave whenever you want, in My account, and the nickname is deleted. When your support expires, you leave the wall automatically until you renew.
